Update: Visits Off and On Site
Dear Family and Friends,
We are pleased to share some changes to our visiting arrangements, which will be in place from Monday 12th April.
The key changes are that residents are now able to have 2 constant visitors for indoor visits with closer contact and these visitors are able to come separately or together. The safety guidance for indoor visits remains the same as before. In addition children and young people under the age of 18 are now able to visit. Please be aware that for any visit inside or outside there can only be 2 visitors and children over the age of 2 count as a visitor.
Please click the button below for the full letter and update.
As lockdown restrictions begin to ease across the UK, we have been given a positive update regarding visits to our Residential Care Homes.

Blue School Visors
Last week the Blue School donated a huge amount of visors to Orchard Vale Trust. The DT team at the school have been super busy and have even been trying out different colours for the head bands!
Thank you so much Blue School
Parents and Families
One of our most supportive communities are the parents and families of our residents, who have been particularly encouraging during these unsettling times.
Our staff do an incredible job of keeping our residents safe and entertained. So when a family member of one of our residents sent each staff member a huge box of delicious cakes and biscuits you can imagine the boost it gave us!
Thank you so much to the anonymous family – you can’t imagine the impact it has had!
We have been inundated with treats far and wide from the local shops that surround us. These treats go a long way and really brighten up people’s days!
The Cubs: penpals
The Cubs have been sending us letters, telling us what they have been up to. It is so exciting getting post, especially when we can write back and share ideas for activities!
