APPLE PRESSING

Keep an eye out for Orchard Vale Trust Apple Juice and Cider Coming Soon!

Part of what makes OVT, and East Court in particular, such a positive environment for the people we support is the access to and focus on nature. The East Court grounds are full of wildlife and hidden treasures, but one of the main attractions could not be more plain to see!

In November we were visited by Grow for Life who helped us with pressing apples from our Orchard. We are hopeful these will become our very own OVT apple juices and ciders! We look forward to sharing progress with you in 2023.

GARDEN PARTY

We welcomed you to join us for our first gathering since 2020!

It was lovely to see so many people getting together at the recent Garden Party at East Court and it provided a great opportunity to thank staff for all their dedication and hard work.

As well as great food and company, there were a range of activities to enjoy. It was interesting to see how people expressed their thoughts and feelings at the art station with a range of styles across a shared canvas. Some discovered a hidden musical talent at the drumming tent before heading over to the high tea buffet.

Thank you to everyone for joining us, and the staff and practitioners who helped make the day as special as it was.
